Louise's hair is described as "Strawberry blonde" in Vol1.Ch1, and "Blondish pink" in Vol3.Ch1 - Are these actually two different descriptions in the original Japanese, and either way what is the original Japanese? This has come up in another forum in a discussion of whether the characters actually had unusual hair colors before color illustrations showed them as having them.

Volume 1: 桃色がかったブロンドの髪 ("pinkish blonde hair")

Volume 3: 桃色がかったブロンドの美少女に ("pinkish blonde beautiful girl")

(It's only a rough translation)

Does it say "blonde" as specifically referred to the yellow color, or blonde as in the color is really light in nature? Or maybe she has something yellow on her hair?

I just figured her hair was supposed to be a really light pink which was practically blonde or blonde that was slightly pink, however you want to word it, but then when they did the illustration they just made it plain pink.

In my opinion, Louise's hair are pink, but light pink, not dark.

When they called it strawberry blonde, I always thought it was along the lines of blonde with a slightly opaque red texture mixed in.

Well red would be a generic description. We get these different colors by varying the intensity of the color and mixing in others. You could probably get pink by mixing a light red with yellow (blonde), which may have been what they were going for. I don't know, I read too much into this stuff thanks to being a major in the hard sciences lol.
