I'm 99% done with Chapter 1 of Vol 20 already. I can't seem to PM you or anybody in this forum for odd reasons. What do I do after that?

Okay, done. In theory, I take around 3 hours to finish one chapter, but I realized that I can't be that consistently crazy throughout, and I end up taking longer

Anyway, I'm done with Chapter 3.

I made some edit in chapter 3 based on the Japanese raw.
Some thought that were speech and some speech that were thought.
It might be a problem with the Chinese raw.

I got so trolled reading Ch 18 seeing it stop at Elenore coming in at the door only to find out it was 30% complete. I couldn't find any appreciation thread but I'd like to thank the translators for putting out the start of 20! I'm not demanding 19 (or 18) be completed, but this just implies that I'll be able to finish reading this unfinished LN soon!

The problem with vol 18 is probably that the person who was working on it is probably no longer interested in doing so but did not declared that. So the higher ups need to wait for 6 months from the last time he showed any life signs to assign the chapter to someone else.

Ah I see, thanks for the clarification. I'm really excited because Vol 19 and 20 seem to be coming along, but I just can't bring myself to read them before finishing 18 >.<

You sir are a god! I think you need to message the manager of the project for confirmation, but from an outsider perspective it doesn't look like any one is translating that chap

It appears that the translator, ACRONYM, hasn't been around for a few months. If you want to take it over, you should ask on his/her talk page. If you get a reply that it's ok, then you can take over immediately. If you don't get any reply in 2 weeks, then you can also take over. If you do take over that chapter, it would also be good to inform the project manager, Vaelis.
