‘Psycho-Loli’ applies to any female character that displays signs of mental instability,

As such, ‘Psycho-Loli’ could be considered to be a more general term.

A good way to define Yandere and Psycho Loli would be this: All Yandere are Psycho Loli, but not all Psycho Lolis are Yandere.
