Actually now that I think about it, Reisen's, Yukari, or Yuyoko's all work as well. Reisen's might need a bit of help from some sort of signal booster

What kind of internet files? I mean, "all of interest files" could just mean cookies and a few other things. If it goes to the actual protocols and programs themselves along with servers, then your idea would probably work. The world would just have to hope for some .hackers to destroy your plans, but in the meantime, that should work.
