Also would apologise for the lack of activity, been a hectic holiday season, not only it being the end of a decade but its been the first time since 2004 when I had a complete family Christmas.
Couple with the fact I have to now start job hunting in this unfamiliar cultural location with below-minimum grasp of the local language, it'll be a very hard going for me.

so I apologise if I have less time to manage things here, But I'm very thankful to all the staff here filling in for me.
