no. the correct term is a "pessimistic friend" because they will always assume you will never return the money, which is probably true, which makes him the pessimistic fool, which is why he is your friend. Which s/he would probably find your friendship dreadfully pessimistic, which is wh they secretly enjoy it. So abuse them.
