Pop tarts also have a bunch of chemicals made specifically to kill you.

Take a 5lb. box sugar cubes.
Take a standard cereal bowl.
Fill the bowl.
Add milk(or cream, if you really want to push the limits).
Eat quickly, so that the cubes don't dissolve to quickly.
Repeat.

Ultimate breakfast cereal.

Bah, my breakfast is either one of the three:

1- 2 Roti Kosong + 1 cup Teh Tarik from the nearby curry house = RM 2.40 (Rm 2.60 if you ask for iced teh tarik).

2- 1 Cup of chicken/tomyam/curry/extra-spicy flavoured cup noodles + 1 cup of Nescafe (RM0.99 + ~RM0.30 = RM1.30)

3- 1 cup of Nestum (~RM 0.60)

It's a brand of oatmeal

... Or something like oatmeal. Not too sure what it's called. Generally consumed early in the morning to temporarily fill stomach.
