Lol....... in block 2 alt says that she brought tacoyaki, as in literally a bbq octopus. She was a lil pissed that Arc just being a baka and eat the thing with out making a tsukomi :3. Btw......... Alt is supposed to be batich and she was the one who cut Arcs hair...... one more thing, the dog is also know as Primal Murder........ it drinks blood by copying alt...

No. There aren't. Not in any of the resource book, not in anything signed Type-Moon. There are a couple of picture of Arcueid in her white dress with long hair, but she's neither Crimson Moon nor Altrouge. I think she's sometime listed as CM under that form because she's the closest to become his (her ?) successor, but she isn't the original CM.
There are a couple of quick descriptions of Altrouge, but no actual picture. All the pics you can find of her are purely fanworks.
"Primate Murder". No official pic either BTW, just described as a big white dog. How big he is, how big the fangs are, I don't know.

Hmm, this might be the latest, or at least one of the most up-to-date, version. I believe last time Phr0zen spoke about the chart, he said he was waiting for Fate/Zero to be completely finished to update the chart, with all the latest fixes (if any) and new characters.

Oh well, there is no point trying to get a hold on Phr0zen at beastlair then..... was the stuff on BMW count as part of nasu verse material? He'll probablly going to add Eclipus from the look of it XD
