Spinach is crazy good for you.....but I don't like it. The most insane things is that I will eat kale though. Just weird.

Fried food/ eat more than what I usually does for a meal and the next meal will be mostly vegetables.

A funny thing lately: two of my friends are health nuts, and I have found that they can rant about health things for hours on end. Ugh!

So I go to the gym every day I train one muscle group per day and also do 3 abs exercises along with 20 minute run on maximum incline . I eat 5-6 times a day each 3-4 hours I don't eat bread and sweets also I drink only water and freshly squeezed fruits . ^^ and I have a dog and take him out each 2nd day for a 10 mile walk / jog

The carbs and sugars can be a diet killer for some. Likewise, some breads are chock full of gluten, soy, and have little to no fiber. Also, some people are just allergic to wheat and grains.

Rice is mostly carbs with little nutritional value outside of the fiber and calories. Bread tends to have more nutrients in it, if it is done right.

Well I have replaced the bread in my diet with rice , loads of bananas and potatoes but boiled and cooked ones not fried ones

My diet- carbs. Protein. MORE PROTEIN. NOT ENOUGH CARBS.
Just gotta make sure to eat as little fat I can with it.
