I also feel that it's less off-topic if we post it here rather than in the SnS translation or topcs like that. Well, sorry for your topic Lareth ^^.
Actually, I started translating little dialogues from manga to post them as spoiler. Though after a bit, I decided to stop translating for a bit and watched 72 anime series in 11 months. During that time, I randomly jumped from an anime to another; first I got Code Geass, Death note and others, but then, I got into the tsundere series : SnS, ZnT, Hayate no G, Toradora. Then, I got into the VN series; Air, Kanon, Clannad, True tears, F/SN (BTW congrats to the translators for F/Z) and ended up finally tapping AMV on YouTube. First: an AMV (Skittles) of Haruhi. Thus, became interested in the series, tapped Suzumiya, and google automaticaly slid off a list of corresponding terms, and with LN in one of them. I clicked on it and somehow landed on BT.
My intention was to be a French translator, but I got into the forum and randomly clicked a post, which was ZnT. There, Wolfpup was proposing for being an editor and since all I was doing was sleeping, I started the project. After that you get a general idea of what happened.

Re: What is the primary reason for you to be translating/edi
yeah i guess so. i basically was interested in the fanfics of it and did some small research (wiki) which I find out it to be a LN. Then out of curiosity I was searching for the LN, translated or not and BT happens to be the 1st hit on my search.

no girl ever influence me into getting anime (one girl got me into OC) but the lack of anime-girls in my life did.

Lol, the lack of things to do and need of a challenge to learn a language forced me to watch anime.

Nah, it was Inuyasha that made me want to know about the genre, but I forgot to look it up. So it was thanks to naruto.
