Carbohydrates basically energy for exercising, protein for recovery. I just eat both all the time.

Yeah, I try to go for high protein, low carbs, except when I am having a sugar crash. Not fun.

I love eating chicken steak with bananas instead of bread haha
. Anyway seems like Ainso knows a lot about living healthy , you training too or have studied/worked something in that field ?

Nope. It is more like the numerous health nuts that I have as friends and the fact that I have to eat healthily, given my own health problems.

Well eating healthy shouldn't be only because you have health problems I mean that's what I try to make people understand that healthy diets are good for everyone even if they have a perfectly healthy life
