But seriously, I can see why Tagalog and Japanese would be a bit of a problem.
various racist material against filipinos aside, i remember a joke from a couple years back; that the world would suffer economic crises if all OFWs (Overseas Filipino Workers) were to return to the homeland indefinitely and leave their jobs behind..
this from a nation that some countries rely on for customer service and technical support.. seriously, what is it with First World nations and call centers?

They're getting too elite, meaning that no one wants to do the dirty jobs, meaning that the country has to import foreign labour.

Hong Kong would grind to a halt without Filipino House maids, Coffee Shops, Strip/night clubs (for the Sailors & Tourist!) and not to mention bartenders.
Oh and Indians too!
What's with Filipino's and Indians being in the same place all the time?!
Do Indians & Filipino call each other when they find a good job gap or Something? Bloody fast job seekers that's what!
:p

No we don't call people to go fill a job offer.
Instead what happens is word of mouth is tearing through like a freaking tsunami through the Philippines. And then you know whats crazy? They actually go!
