Same here, or rather, it just is depressing. I like calling it "Valium-tine's Day" over "Single's Awareness Day." Seriously though, whoever came up with a "holiday" that makes many of those who "celebrate" it want to shoot themselves, should themselves be shot.

Well, I have been single since the day I was born, which is really just 16 years, and when you see most, who am I kidding, all your friends get at least a taste of love, you tend to get a bit bitter on a day all about it.

Also, mind you, every single crush I had, every girl hated me after it. Just today, I just found out the girl I liked forgot I asked her out a good while ago.

Talk about going back to square 1.

I too was alone this Valentines.

But i had a day off, Beer and Mass Effect 2 on PS3. (YES!) To which i could start all over again since over Chinese New Year my epic 21hr game save mysteriously disappeared due to a crash.

up to 16hrs now. hope it doesn't crash again....cos i might just return the game if it does. bloody annoying. not everyday i can play all day....

About Valentine's Day, I did not know that it was coming up until someone said something, by which point I did not really care. I just wound up doing my usual stuff anyhow. So, it does not really matter to me.
