I'd go so far as to say, Newton is doing better than Collins is in the League. No surprises there. Peyton is a QB legend, of course he could.

Well, Eagles / Falcons is tied 7 / 7. This is going to be a good game. ~10:54 left 2nd Quarter.

All I hear is Eagles self-destructing lol. Falcons has 25 passing yards and 49 running yards and they're in the lead  .

Because I'm a sadist, this is kind of funny. In football (or soccer for most of you guys), it's like dominating 60% possession and not winning

I don't care what the Eagles are doing. Their losing, so Hocchan is happy.

Why are you using a soccer metaphor when this thread is about football?

I used to play soccer, and was on a team that never won the entire season, even though we literally controlled the ball for half the game.

Well, they're winning now, without Vick at that.

After that failed punt, any team could probably come back to score from that, Vick also brought it down far enough to where a Defensive Lineman could've been put in at QB and still gotten a TD. They really have yet to play without Vick.

You love rooting for whatever team your comrades are for, don't you? :?

No, I'm just a sadist. One heck of a weird game today though.

Anyone watching Rams vs Giants?

Indeed, really weird. I couldn't actually start watching until after half time though. :(

Rams / Giants is a doubtful watch unless I'm absolutely bored. But, when you have things to translate, how could one become bored? :?

'The girl who can't break up, the boy who can't leave.' It's the name of a song.

Of course, a reference to the person in the avatar.

Well, Falcons won, but it was one weird game in itself.

You called it before it was even over.

I hate how they did the "Run the clock down to ~20 seconds, and punt it to the other team." I've seen the Steelers lose too many times for that.

That game was actually the best I saw today. Mostly because it was so weird.

It was like nobody wanted to win the game lol. VIck with 2 fumbles that led to scores (at the goalline to boot), Michael Turner not playing well until that huge burst, Atlanta OL got burned, and a drop on that play after that 2 minute warning in the 4th. The only person who I thought wanted to win was Tony Gonzalez.

Hey, the Miracle at New Meadowlands don't just happen like that all the time.

I don't really think that was a miracle. Matt Ryan is a good QB, their streak last year was insane. He also got the crap beat out of him this game, yet still managed to pull it out. Tony Gonzalez is the Hines Ward of the Falcons, they are both your sure handed weapons.

I do agree that most people seemed half asleep, for some reason. Good game, if not the best today all in all. Were there any games that shocked you with the outcome?

(Is there a due date for my translation? (Note, if you give me one, I will do it by then if it kills me, if you don't updates will be meager.) My one college class workload is getting a whole days worth, and I need to read HnA. )

No, I'm talking about the Eagles when I called their loss. I'm not surprised by much, but the only thing is how in the world did Green Bay let Cam Newton pass for 432 yards?

Lo and behold, Vick's out with a concussion. Then again, Mike Kafka's pretty decent

Deadline: How about tomorrow? Okay, 2 weeks.

Alright, let's see my score for this week.

10/15, not bad.

Not watching anything right now, (computer is in bedroom, TV is in living room), so I didn't know he got a concussion. That sucks.

Any word on the head to head collision that happened?

Make the deadline three weeks, and you got yourself a deal. I need to get my sleeping schedule back right. (Really, I need to just sit down and translate without any distractions, like mothers or stepdads being all like "What's this?" :| ) I'll be at least 3/4 within a week, I promise you this.

I can't believe I just said I'd be 3/4 in a week. Translator boot camp. Welcome to Hell. Finished a page in word since you sent that. (about 2 pages of the RAW pics). I'm getting better. :D
