I think it's going with what is accepted to be the "official pairing". Also, Shirou is shown as loving only Saber and he only considers Rin and Sakura as friends.

Altrouge isn't on here because there is not a single picture of her. If by Akai, you mean Crimson Moon, then same answer

More like "the pairings of the routes chosen by the animes". They all are official as well

I disagree with doing so, though.
As for mistakes, I'm not Lord_Phr0zen but please try to point them out if you think you find some.
By the way, note that this version is old, there was a more recent one with some fixes. I don't think I have it right now, unfortunately.
