Well... There was this big discussion on lolis on the channel... Should lolis be judged by outer appearance, age, or mentality?

Mentality and appearance. Else you end up with Ayu from Elfin Lied being a loli, or one of the lolibots from Petit Roid being a loli. And they aren't, damn it! >:O

Oh yeah, Rika counts as a loli. I don't care how conflicting that logic is!
