Japanese government Against Virtual Depiction of Under-aged

Post by onizuka-gto »

...but real paedophiles never fear, you are safe if you only have real imagery of exploited children.
While the Japanese government has been cracking down more and more on child pornography, Unicef feels the government's efforts have come up a little short. What's more, the organization has been campaigning the government to ban child porn imagery in manga, anime and games. (Note that Microsoft and Yahoo totally support Uniceft's campaign.) According to Unicef's definition, imagery like sailor uniforms should not be permitted in adult scenes. Meaning? That Unicef is saying that even adult videos that feature over 18 actresses should not be allowed to use underage imagery like school girl outfits and whatnot. Though, people who look under 18 would not be prohibited from doing what they do. Whatever that is.

So, no adult videos of legal adult actors/actresses in under-aged uniformed engaged in any sexual situation.

All loli-con and shouta-cons are at risk, you will be hunted down for your 2D reality jarring pictures of your pixel perfect idols.

This really really makes me angry.

they aren't going after the real criminals who are hurting real children, seems to me they just going after an easy target that'll probably will push some ill adjusted individuals to go after the real thing.

I say this, because while its illegal to sell or make child pornography in Japan, it is not ILLEGAL to OWN IT.

However this official stance on 2D loli/shouta applies to the selling, producing and OWNING it.

Stupid Japanese government.

seriously, give me a 5000yr old, magic wielding loli with oversized dangerous weapon in one hand who'll kill you after she raped you.

how anyone can say that this is just as worse as real child pornography is sick.

i bet some child molesting, corrupted Japanese politician did this to cover his pedo-crimes.

My god, why now? What was the incentive to set this off? It's been a part of their culture for how many years now? :?

That's like the sudden prohibition ban on alcohol that happened in the US years ago.

Here you go:

The thing about this law is that loli hentai seems to still be fine according to the article above. The other thing is that there are a couple of good reasons why the crime rate in Japan is relatively low.

1. It is a group of islands the size of California! You are not going to be able to get vary far before the police catch you.

2. Japanese culture practically ensures that you are in check unless you want to be a stranger in your own hometown.

Given these reasons, I would say that more "personal" on the streets crimes are not going to be as big of a problem as someone doing something in their own homes. Although I think that both sex crimes on the streets and porn are problems, I will reluctantly agree that open closet perverts are more of a problem in a sense.

The article Oni linked to is rather different than the ANN one.

Basically, the new law will make Japan's laws like ours: real CP is illegal, but virtual CP is legal(although technically illegal if distributed online).

UNICEF wants the simulated(H-loli) illegal as well, but this isn't part of the new law.

really now, how come they so easily disregarded the fact that watching CP does not lead you to pedophilia? granted, there are notable cases, but for the most part its just a very strong positive correlation.

case in point.. a lot of haruhiists love kyon-chan, but how many of them - or all of men, for that matter - are really into girls lacking in assets? just a thought

Hoho, man, #Baka-Tsuki is like lolicon central. :? I am not joking about this one bit at all...

Not just regular lolis either. Neko-loli, Psycho-loli, Loli-loli, they love it all.

This lead to the L.O.L. group which stands for Love Our Lolis.

And that lead to LOL-tan, which you see in the top left of the forum...
