My NB caught a weak lvl 3 Pokémon like Caterpie, Pidgey or Rattata with the one and only Master Ball in the first Pokémon-Game back then. (I did! XD)

Nope, I didn't play a whole lot of pokemon back in the day. I played a few later on, and I knew about master balls by then, because my friend who did play it told me about them.
