BT : scientific/literary/economic forum ?

First, THIS POST IS ABSOLUTLY USELESS (EDIT : I hope it will be more clear like that. It's easy to understand but harder to write. I just count the days of each year Kira0802 passed on BT. I multiply the result with the moyen. So i have the number of kira0802's posts for each year. And i just add results to fin kira0802's posts again)

I currently spend all my time on the BT forum, reading every thing I can.
One thing stunned me : when I saw Kira0802's posts (15284). So for the fun and cauz i didn't know what could I do, i wanted to create a game and he ll be my proof : I ll check his crazy stats (15284 of all posts since 05 Aug 2010 !!) xD look at this :

I m gonna use his moyen which is 19.47

Year 2010 : 26(Days (August)) + 30(Days)*2(Months (September and Novenber) + 31(Days)*2(Months (October and December)
26 + 30*2 + 31*2 = 148 (Days for the year 2010) → 148*19.47 = 2881.56 (posts for the year 2010

Year 2011 : 365(Days in a year)*19.47 = 7106.55 (posts for the year 2011)

Year 2012 : 366(Days in a leap year) - ( 31(Days)*2(Months (December and October)) + 30(Days (November)) + 1(Day (the 29 of September))
366 - (31*2 + 30 + 1)= 273 (Days for the year 2012) → 273*19.47 = 5315,31 (posts for the year 2012)

Or 2881.56 + 7106.55 + 5315.31 = 15303.42 (number of kira0802's posts) ≠ 15284

But if you add today : Year 2012 : 366(Days in a leap year) - ( 31(Days)*2(Months (December and October)) + 30(Days (November)) + 2(Days (the 29 and the 30 of September))
366 - (31*2 + 30 + 2)= 272 (Days for the year 2012) → 272*19.47 = 5295.84 (posts for the year 2012)

Finally : 2881.56 + 7106.55 + 5295.84 = 15283.95 (number of kira0802's posts) ≈ 15284 (yeah)

I find the good result. Conclusion : BT forum is a scientific forum because it can count !

Okay. It is official: I am confused here. Could you please make your calculations a little clearer, as they are kind of hard to follow what you are doing. If you want to find out how the forum calculates the number of posts/day, you are kind of making it harder than need be. First, you need to figure out the number of days that someone has been a member. Take the total number of posts and divide by the number of days. It should be a straight calculation from there, which should give you the number of posts per day.
