maybe Israel? I heard the Israel calendar is very alike the Chinese calendar.

I've found information regarding that online. It seems that there are many similarities between our Chinese New Year celebration and the Israelite Passover(which were mostly recorded in the Bible). And I found out that the Chinese calendar isn't purely lunar, it's a lunisolar calendar.
