How is Haruhi preppy and annoying?

I think the voice acting sucks ass, I can probably find a better voice actors by walking up to a few random people.

Yeah...I watched that trailer the other day, and Haruhi's voice isn't really doing it for me. But really, I never expected anyone to be able to bring out Aya's voice in English, I don't think it's one of those voices you can easily match.

Wendy Lee is a good voice actress though, so maybe her rendition is something you'd get used to after a couple of episodes.

They might just keep it in the original dub...of course that's too much to hope for...

I'm pretty sure I heard somwhere that they're keeping in the original Japanese for the concert songs. Bandai seem to understand fanboy/girl (fanperson?) wrath pretty well as it stands.
