despite the cheesy idea and such, the artwork is what i am most impressed by. never have i seen a anime that seem to follow the artwork of a novel pictures. kyoani make haruhi there own style but this animations seems to hit it off. what are your impression by this anime?

Well, I actually like this one so I'm still watching it. ^_^
The art's pretty okay though she does look a lot like Sakura from Card Captor Sakura, but the personality and everything else is different so I don't mind it so much.
It's a little refreshing to have one of these shows where they're not beating down on some evil dark sinister faction for a change, though I'm not discounting the possibility that one will come up later.
