Re: Rena's Cleaver
what are you talking about? Rena used a lot of swings to decapitate and dismember.

Re: Rena's Cleaver
Well, I actually don't remember seeing the wounds she inflicted on her victims. It should be difficult to dismember since you have to cut either through bone or saw through the ligaments.
Odds are that she slashed them enough to wound them mortally until they bled out. Then she probably sawed off their limbs for packaging purposes.

Re: Rena's Cleaver
I expect you could also use it like a hatchet; a series of downward strokes would cut off a limb faster than sawing, I imagine.

Re: Rena's Cleaver
I think she did use that since in the game it starts off with a bunch of wet hacking sounds like someone is repeatedly using a cleaver to cut of limbs

Hmm, pretty messy to hack rather than saw, blood spatter evidence other matter gets sprayed everywhere. I guess she wanted to get rid of the evidence ASAP instead of meticulously cleaning it up.
Oh how the young ones always move too hastily.
Of course if you wanted to murder somebody (and have a better chance of getting away with it), you would kill them, move their remains to a more remote location, and then put their remains in a bath of lye and flush the solution down the drain.

Already read that, the one by Natsuo Kirino about the 4 women factory workers. I hated that fat b*tch (who ended up killed by the Casino Owner guy) with a passion.Setherzam wrote:you want to know how to dismember a body? read Out. Great book btw, my favorite
Didn't really enjoy the novel for some reason, though it does feel kinda realistic in a way (not only the dismembering, but the setting, emotion and all). I have "Grotesque" too, though I haven't gotten round reading it yet.
I still think the Battle Royale novel is superior though. That and the Comeplete Suicide Manual. And the Zombie Survival Guide.

Well, clearly the author is using that stereotype on purpose to make you hate that character even more than a skinny biatch.

Re: Rena's Cleaver
A: How did a European farm tool manage to find its way into rural Japan when they already have other tools?
A tourist dropped it out of his pockets.
B: How did it end up in a junkyard when it clearly is in good condition? (normally I dismiss this question, but i decided to bring it up)
The tourist liked junkyards.
C: I find it interesting that a foreign farm tool, in good condition, winds up in a junkyard that a girl...with questionable psychological stability...just so happens to find. Is every scene with the billhook/cleaver just a delusion?
If I was a serial killer, I'd look for cool weapons too.

Re: Rena's Cleaver
I'd suspect the original text said something like "Boys lose their heads when Rena uses her cleavage", someone corrected it and it spiralled out of control from there, except that this would probably make no sense in Japanese...
