Good timing for that question... latest Heisei Democracy blog entry says August 24th. I can't get on to the bin-kan website at the moment, nor read Japanese...so I'll take his word for it.

About 90% of it is video (at least, that's what I've heard).

It's like that blood+ VA game. They subbed the pics for short MGS style clips. >_>

The game is fully animated with over 70 minutes of animation, divided into separate chapters. They even give you a meter to tell you which of the main girls you're close to. The disk itself was 8 GB. The patches were to fix video and audio problems.
