Realistic anime pics

They are good, but the eyes still have that anime feel to them that gives them that not-fully-real feel. I give the artist(s) kudos for the quality though. Thanks for posting this, shichinanatsu.

now THIS is what's realistic. its from a guy/girl who goes by the name Siraha.. AND BEFORE YOU CLICK, be thus warned that it goes to Sankaku..

of particular interest (imho at least) would be nodoka, mio, taiga, rei, nagi-sama, and i think i saw matsurika as well

Hmm, I dont know, but many of those pics remind me somehow of plush or rag dolls...

maybe so, but imo that's the point, since somehow figures are the only things approximating decent 3D renditions of our beloved 2D characters..

anyhow, Sankaku Channel finally has 'realistic' tags in its database.. (or more precisely, i just noticed it..) i'll be leaving this here for posterity..

not exactly what i was looking for as a realistic SHnY pic, but this passes in my book, GARness aside..

In your opinion what's the most realistic drawn manga you stumble upon? While I read many seinen manga with some deep portrayal, many of them still look mangaish. my favorite one at the moment is:

I"s can be pretty good for the art a lot of the time. That is one that I can think of off of the top of my head. I will have to get back to you on this after I give it more thought.

that is a series I sadly didn't finished. Her parody of batman and robin are great.
