hmm.. ever since ishihara's antics i was afraid TAF would never recover, and it didn't.. but, Anime Contents Expo (ACE) decided to take its place.. at any rate, am happy to see that だから僕は、Hができない is getting an anime this summer. also covered by sancom, which i'm not gonna link for all the still innocent souls there..

btw, i want an EVA smartphone and that bad-ass Aquarion EVOL.. 8)

Count me in for the latter. One of the adorable girls that I personally find annoying.

I just tend to think of her as having some similarities to my own sister and kind of shudder at that fact. I kept on thinking that throughout the series. I tend to be more of a Kuroneko fan myself.
Spoiler! :
I am still peeved about Kyousuke breaking up with her in volume 8.

I can just imagine Rin reciting her life story before slowly running to chase a cat

seeing as i'm not really into LB, i don't fully understand the outrage. that being said, i do see the difference between KyoAni and JC. but there is a bright side to all this, at least it wasn't Toei.. :?

come to think of it, i would have preferred a Planetarian OVA first.. is there even hope?

LB was the first novel where I completed all the routes. So awesome...

.. and so i heard this and that from Twitter that apparently Visual Art's WANTED KyoAni to do LB, but apparently KyoAni was too BUSY.. :?

they had FMP, the Key Trinity, their opus Munto, Haruhi, Lucky Star, K-On, Nichijou, and upcoming Hyouka.. so aside from the last one occupying them, might this be the reason for KyoAni not wanting to take on LB??

looking back, i'm beginning to think that with the exception of Lucky Star, maybe KyoAni would have been better off not doing manga-to-anime anymore, and had focused on LN/VN-to-anime instead.. :?

To by honest, I didn't watch any of the KyoAni anime since Haruhi or so. Dropped K-On, haven't watch Nichijou yet, and honestly, could you find a trailer more boring than Hyouka?

i'd think it was more of a introductory PV than a trailer, if the difference makes any sense that is.. i can see where you're coming from though, KyoAni could have done a much better job attracting viewers..

i have nothing but pleasant memories with KyoAni's style pre- K-ON. post- K-On animation quality just went south, with what i saw in Haruhi s2 and Clannad AS.. while they did make a believer out of me again after Disappearance, when i saw hyouka's art with hints of k-on still evident, i'm beginning to hate k-on that much more..

funny since i started the series through HTT's brand of music, that it would turn into one of the things i love to hate.

ADV Counter-sues Funimation

In my opinion, this is not a good thing for the anime industry. I am not the biggest fan of either company at this point. ADV pulled out - not exactly a prize-winning move...Funimation keeps fumbling the ball, especially when it comes to handling new licenses. However, a lawsuit is the proper way to make things "correct." Why should the fans suffer for the inefficiencies of the industry?
