It's episode 3 subbed right now, and I'm hopelessly in love with it.

Rena doesn't have a pony tail. The guy could pass as Keiichi, though.

Yea the hair doesn't really match, but you gotta admit she sure looks alike. Heck the lucky star summer uniform greatly resembles Rena's IMO (except for the tie).

The guy definitely looks like Keiichi though

I'm a little bit torn on the subbing quality part.

LC isn't in my consideration.

AFK subs are a little bit faster than Eien no Anime, but they have .avi quality, which at this point I'm starting to consider inferior.

Eien no Anime makes the best video quality, and their translation seems to adhere to the original meaning better, but they missed two details in episode 2 (Konata muttering her progress on her MMORPG and smirking at Kagami during UFO machine) and that kinda soured my experience a little bit.

erm... I heard Triad was going to do Lucky Star but not certain yet.
About a.f.k > < EnA
Translation > < Quality
I wouldn't say the translation of EnA is bad but the way it goes somehow... feels unnatural to me.
*in conclusion: download both versions and watch each ep twice x_x

Same...I've rewatched the episodes way more times than that too. XD
