Okay! Gather round! It's time to test your anime knowledge!

The rules of the game are simple! Just state an anime (or anime related thing) that fulfills the criteria listed by the previous poster!

BEGIN!
First criteria: The main protagonist is woken up by his female childhood friend in the first episode after experiencing a vivid dream that may or may not come true.
Keep track of your score! Prizes will be issued at random. Nyar har har har har!!!!

additional rules:
1. if no one can answer, the person who issued the question gets extra points (up to you how much you want) provided he knows the answer.
2. up to you how many points you want to give yourself when you answer correctly.
3. if you forget to list a new criteria, you lose 5 billion points.

Da Capo, both first and third seasons.
2nd criteria: The main character learns how to pwn in a giant robot after reading a manual

by Beware the talking cat
Full Metal Panic:

He reads the mission profile(a manual), then later learns to use the Lambda-Driver to pwn more effectively.

3rd Criteria: A secondary character, who also appears in at least half the show's episodes, suffers from amnesia.(hypnosis-induced amnesia, being different from true amnesia does not count)

Kanon.

That fox girl thing.

On a side note, there were no instances of Sousuke "reading a lamda-driver mission profile" so no points for you.
Criteria 4: A stupidly important main character dies waaaay too early in the series.

Shirou from Fate/Stay Night.
Excell and the author from Excell Saga.
Yuji from Shakugan no Shana.
Yusuke Yu Yu Hakusho.
Goku from Dragon Ball Z.
Citeria 5: A secondary character that is more powerful than the main character at the end of the series, and ignores the opposite sex.

Well, the fox-girl thing doesn't appear in at least half the episodes either, so no points for you.

Hiko from Rurouni Kenshi.
Criteria Six: Main character turns out to have a skill that he didn't know he had and can overwhelm others who are supposed to be pros without even thinking.

Gundam Seed 8)

Practically anyone in the series.
Criteria 7: Big giant robots that can only be piloted by teenaged kids and aren't actually robots, but living things and do not have names beginning with the letter E
You're supposed to give yourselves points though. I give myself 15 points for answering ;)

In that case I give myself OVER 9000 points to counter that 5 billion points for not answering rule.

Evangelion
Criteria 8: Guy with a giant robot gets dumped by the hot chick, said hot chick then goes to the other hot chick who just raped her a few episodes ago.

Fine, I read it wrong -_-

Just switch the answer to Rahxephon and repeat my criteria.

Best I can come up with is Idolm@ster: XENOGLOSSIA, in the way that "living thing" refers to not organics but just conscious thought. Other than that nothing comes to mind.

Hiko was barely in the series, definitely not enough to be considered a secondary character. Plus he does show interest in women. No points and re-stating the criteria.
Citeria 5: A secondary character that appears in at least half the episodes and is more powerful than the main character at the end of the series and shows no interest in the opposite sex.

DAMN... this is hard...

I'll use 5 points to use Ben1234's criteria as my criteria

THE MELANCHOLY OF HARUHI SUZUMIYA!!!!
Koizumi Itsuki

I give myself 98 points, bringing myself to 108 points.

If that's your answer for mine, I guess I could bend that a little if you consider Kyon the main character and Koizumi is considered secondary. Grats on that one. And I'm denying Ben's criteria and making a new rule.

4. Criteria must have multiple possible answers

I'm still going to think about Ben's but going to make another Criteria.
Criteria 9: A villain with multiple personalities that involves switching genders.

Agito/Akito from Air Gear. I award myself an infinite amount of points that is greater any infinity you could possibly invent.
Criteria 10: An anime series in which they actually make an effort to show the right fingerings for the instruments played.
