Okay, so this is obviously about this anime

For comparison, Naruto aired in October 2002, and it's got over 300 episodes, all subbed. AOne is busy, so they don't spend too much time on this series, but I kinda grew to like it. There's 78 episodes for it, 63 of which have been subbed.

So here comes my all important questions, with some quick information:

for a trial basis, I'm thinking of subbing this series, I've got/can get the raws, just to really test my listening comprehension, etc etc.

anyway, what it comes down to is...

how would one go about doing this? I've never subbed before or asked in forums or anything, are there any websites that I can be pointed to? any helpful tutorials? I know some little things like it's usually a group of people, timer, karaoke, translator, editor, etc....

But I really want to watch this series, lol

any tips?

EDIT:

I found this: http://www.lolikon.org/guide.html And it details the outline pretty well. I'm realizing though that I'm going to be doing this alone as it is, so with the 30 minute re-watches to check everything, the time for translating, timing, editing, etc, all done by me...I'm starting to wonder if that's why recently it's been one episode after every long gap. though 2008 was a nice upstep. Dattebayo was amazing...Naruto was out in a little over a day after it's airing. Those guys really worked O_o
