I used to be more hardcore, but now I only play now and then. I find it harder to play games that keep my interest long enough. For example, I played FFVII a long time ago. While it rocked my socks off, it was just too long for me to care after a while. I seem to be doing more fighting games or old platformers lately like MegaMan X and such.

When you have played as many video games as I have, they start to get boring...
Now, I only play once a month...literally.

I wish I had more time for video games, but the whole 9 to 5 (and sometimes over) thing is really eating into my hobby time. I'm down to Regular status, and it's almost getting to the point where I need to schedule gaming time.
I miss college... I used to be able to go hardcore on every one of my hobbies, and still got good grades.
