And now you understand why I consider P3 the best game ever, wahaha.

As soon as I can get my component-to-VGA converter cable out of the mail, I will be able to enjoy its addictive qualities once again. Mwahaha!

I'm almost at the end of the main game, thank god. 2 months remaining in The Journey. Then there's the Answer, in which I intend to cheat like a 13-year old mooching off boyfriends for money for an iPod.

How do you plan to cheat? Codes?

He is using magical forest creatures to cheat.... oh and his emulator :D

Emulators make things so much easier

the cheat! anyways yeah the answer is mostly focused on combat system rather then gameplay so if you want to just do it for the story then cheat like a script kidding on PSO!

I don't know if it quite reaches the level of cheating, but I do abuse the emulator a bit myself; just SaveStates, but it makes it a lot faster to get through dungeons to not have to leave and save every time you reach a new floor--and other things along those lines.

The whole thing with there being only like three places to save in the game does suck.

Cheating with Pcsx2 is a bit tricky. You need some Action Replay codes from say... here: http://us.codejunkies.com/search/codes/ ... D=13634146

Then you need to get a code converter like Maxconverter to convert the AR MAX codes to RAW format so that Pcsx2 can read it.

Once converted, you need to activate the patch browser in Pcsx2 then add new RAW. Enable it after entering the RAW code and don't forget to enable patches. Once that happens, your game should be hacked temporarily.

You have to do it every time you restart the game as it doesn't save it.

Just finished P4. Longest game ever.

Amazingly good. But long.

Now the question is, should I start on P3 now?
Yes, it's an amazing game, but I don't think I want to spend another hundred hours on it; it feels like it east my life.

I probably will tomorrow; I have no willpower.

P3 is longer than P4. P3 is also considerably better than P4 in all aspects except gameplay.

God I hate P4's cast, excepting Teddie, Nanako, and to an extent Naoto and Kanji. Everyone else is bland teenager.

Conversely, everyone in P3 except Fuuka is win. And the story is better by a large margin.

I finished The Answer in 3 hours. All cheats on. Too bad there aren't cheats for a full set of persona, so I ended up kicking the final boss's ass with a level 99 Orpheus.

Yes, the Orpheus you start with.

you don't need anything else when you have Metis and Mitsuru in your party

Mitsuru is as dumb as a sack of bricks, why are you using her?
