Need Help! About OS

I got a problem.
I downloaded Rewrite (Visual Novel) via torrent
After installation, I tried to play it but I got this error
After clicking Ok
I recieved this message
Could you help me about this on what to do.
I expected to happen since I read something about Rewrite's System Requirements.
And where in the hell could I get Microsoft in Japanese

Your region needs to be set to Japan, that's why it didn't work. Since I'm terrible at explaining things, here's a guide I found:

Go control panel and change region.
May be safe to set your clock to Tokyo time too

That actually doesn't work for Rewrite. You need RLSE_Loader, it's what I used.

If changing the regional setting doesn't work, then using something like NTLEA will fix it.

His system should already be set to the correct region, or the dialogs would have been displayed in gibberish. Do as what jonathanasdf says.

Get a Japanese PC. That is how to instal Rewrite. Then take the HDD out and cram it in your English PC. Boom. Rewrite should be the slave drive.
