but this chapter didn't mention her at all... nor did it mention whether or not Negi married.
At first I thought it was Makie based on her actions on meeting Nagi lol. That would've been quite weird. But then later it said she was still chasing after him or something... does that mean he's not married?

I don't know that it would stop Doujinshi (Japan has something of an interesting view on that, and to be perfectly honest, pissing off the people normally willing to spend outrageous sums on your overpriced limited-editions isn't a good idea), but I understand the rest of it.
