Novel recomendation

Im looking for specific, hm, type of novel. I want it to be somewhat mature I guess? Preferably action in fantasy setting, though I dont mind if its sci-fi.
To give an example : Mushoku Tensei .
What I like about it, its the fact that hero is mature, sure he is pervert etc, but hes not an idiot, hes not shouting at enemies and rushing blindly just because his friend got hurt or something. Hes thinking, he has the resolve, he cares about his familly, hes facing serious problems. And also Im not a big fan of harem settings, but Mushoku Tensei is also an exception here since MC actually DOES something with all those girls, not just getting bloody nose everytime a tit shows.
