No... I was just wondering if the comic is actually known in the country in which it plays.b0mb3r wrote:just curious are you asking for a japanese translation of megatokyo and why?

Apparently, it was so popular that people in Japan "demanded" a Japanese version
So ya, it should be pretty well known.
Not sure how popular it is now with it going downhill since Largo left the team, but it should still have a decent fanbase

He's been gone for years. In the plural.
The character is still there, of course.

Re: Megatokyo
As I understood it, the Japanese version is still at Volume 1 - which should be chapter Zero. Caston left afterwards, so only people familiar with the English comic would know how it developed from there on. Of course, critics could be familiar with the English comic while the average Japanese reader is not.ben1234 wrote:http://www.dannychoo.com/post/en/22432/ ... Japan.html

Re: Megatokyo
In that case, no translator = no new volumes in Japan = less publicity = less people that care about Megatokyo
It's that simple..
