I reckon the next one might be Mimizuku to Yoru no Ou‎, if Amazing Buffalo keeps his pace, since it's only 2 volumes.
Also, Tabi ni Deyou might reach completion quite fast, too, as soon as I continue work on it - only one volume.

Wasn't Kara no Kyoukai licensed? I thought that's why it never finished, but the project page is still up and I haven't heard anything recently about an official English version... Also three volumes if you have the reprinted editions (like me).
