It was a clip from the Sound Around drama CD. From what I can tell, the story seems to carry on from Live Alive with Haruhi still up on the band idea. After they make up some instrumentals and lyrics Haruhi forces them all to sing their own rendition, and the rap was basically Kyon and Itsuki's attempt with a little added flair. =p It actually sounds okay once Haruhi sings it...
