The motions are completely different. It would be truer for transferring between certain other instruments but not for guitar and piano.

On another note (pun not intended), I would like to find a guitar tab for "Cirno's Perfect Math Class" just for kicks. I looked yesterday, but I could not find anything. I am kind of surprised how few tabs for Touhou songs there are out there. You would think that there would be more...

I had gotten the OST a while before, since I heard that Kajiura had composed it, but to tell the truth I was not so impressed.

I have a bunch of songs I want to learn that aren't OSTs.
Kira saying Lullaby reminded me of this song, that I only know parts of. (Note, the video has absolutely nothing to do with the song. (Unless you want lyrics)
