...are you SURE you're British?

Beer is for whips anyway. If I'm "medicating" myself I prefer it to be 60 prood or better. :P

Think about the 13-year-olds here . . . . Oh yea, smidge, you meant proof, right?

Oh yea, one more thing, don't imports cost a lot?

Oh probably not, after all i don't have a longing for dry, sun-baked climates with breezy climates, which we all know British people love about dear blighty ,and would NEVER dream of going anywhere else......

As for the larger, yes it has to be "drunk freezing cold"

hence the perfect, wind swept, cold, bitter, grey overcast isles.

Just perfect for beer brewing.

But i was talking about LARGER, you know, the "soda" of the alcohol world.

You can't drink larger when it's not cold, its like drinking coke cola, you don't drink it warm.

If your talking about BITTER & ALE, having it cold is a option, as it taste great in either condition.

But since the dammn Asian market don't have any local Ale or Bitter (except Yebisu ~Dark~, which i must say, is growing on me. I mean litterally. i swear i got hair-ier legs now.)

But yes, if your wondering, i've drank all of those, after all, when you go abroad, you really have to drink like the "locals."

:)

Except I compress a month worth of local drinking into one week. yay.

lol. Too funny. Frankly, I am not a beer lover. I know: blasphemer! However, I do like Kirin Ichiban, which is an occasional treat. All I can say is that it is better than American "beer." I still have not tried Guinness, which all of my Canadian friends swear up and down the line on. I love the sake though. Also, if there are any beer "snobs" out there, please give me your recommendations.

Actually, frankly, I am a bit of a rummy. I tend to drink it straight, several shots at a time. However, even that is not phasing me as much as it used to...As far as things that taste like "fermented petrol," I would say that whiskey is the number one drink for that.

The alcohol story of my life is incredibly similar to Oni's. =p Maybe it's a British thing.
