Shouldn't Yuki be standing behind in this shot? Or did they put her in front since she's shorter than Haruhi?

I thought so, too. It's not by height, since Mikuru is shorter than Haruhi. Maybe since Konota is the shortest, they just put the shortest character they drew there?
