Thus it could be assumed that it is a stalled project? (Should be added category inactive projects or stalled tag?)

Considering that recalled out future is already scanlated ( http://canonrap.wordpress.com/full/ ) it would be unusual to do it again. The only problem is that finding "the manga" parts of the novels is actually difficult (they are translated as well).

Btw. the story seems to be a little bit too disturbing for me... :shock:
It's still far far better than Tsukihime...that one was.....worse.

It seems KnK has new novel reprints BTW....now if publishers would do this for the hordes of other out of print stuff that aren't exactly obscure...

just ask..is it allowed to translated stalled project into alternative language (other than english-i mean)?

Yes, it is. So long as this project isn't going to be published in this certain language.
