Oh, it would be easy if you are in Singapore. I know where to get it. Kinokuniya at Orchard. I go there every week. You can see them there from time to time. As long as they dont hide the series somewhere, it should be at the shelves. If you want me to show you the exact place, post here again and I will see what I can do. I go down there weekly.
P.S. Firstly, translators translate the book ^^" And that translator is me. If you would like to find the book elsewhere, check it out here

Yay!! I made over 1000 posts by now!! What an achievement!!

Well, anyways, just to inform you, Kaze no Stigma volume 4 should be out in Singapore in a week or two. According to what I know of the rate the newer volumes get to Singapore. It might be a good idea to get them early. KnS is not usually on the rack for too long, maybe cause its not that popular here?

Sorry, but are you from Singapore, otherwise I cannot help you. Well, for Chinese Light Novels in Singapore Kino, there is a better variety in Orchard. I am not exactly sure how to put it in words, but if you look around a bit you should be able to find it, or you can just find a time for me to bring you there. Either that or I will have to pay more attention on how to find that section, it is just one less noticable side of a row of shelves, so it is pretty hard to describe the way there.

Yup I'm in Singapore. Hmm I guess I just missed them at the Orchard Kino then. I only see chinese manga there so I guess I'll just have to look harder. haha thanks anyway

Ah it's alright I found it. I never noticed it because it's packaged in exactly the same way as mangas are packaged so I always thought that the light novels were manga -.-
