Part of the Prologue

Everyone is sleeping as we enter the second hour after midnight.

A faint light glimmered in the night sky.

If there exists a person looking up at this sight in the world, he would have understood something great. What appears to be a meteor is neither a bird nor a flying contraption; it is the luminescence discharged by the mana of a wizard's flight.

The frozen air was torn through by a flying black haired woman in a regal long coat. A fog is seen flying off the sweat flowing down the cheek of a stiffening face.

On the bosom of the long coat was a shining silver symbol; this symbol had a clasp wrought from two crosses over an apple, with a snake entwined in it. It is the symbol of this continent's master of black magic.

A small hand appeared over the symbol from the inside of the coat.

She was embracing a baby.

She glanced behind her while trying to console the baby with one hand.

Without disturbing the flight's mana I should be able to use the sign to make it impossible to have a pursuer. However now the sign is non-existent. The mana of the flying woman is horribly disturbed and this location is sure to be determined from a long-distance.

I just did this while reading the first book on my laptop in class. anyone mind making a teaser for it and i'll add the rest of the prologue?

Uhm, could be a little short even for a teaser, since all the blanc lines are already included. Or what do you others mean? Or how long would be the complete prologue? But to create a teaser project page isnt that hard...
