Anything open to misinterpretation, and, thus, require source-based checking.
There are things like passive and active voice that some people tend to get mixed up with.

Not an Aux Brid, not TLC.

But any idea? http://prntscr.com/1x1z5k

If there's a specific post for this, do redirect me. (I tried #campione but people were inactive so yeah.)

If you're asking for help to translate that(which I assume is what you are asking for), then this topic would probably be better for that purpose.

well then, is there any way to make this sound better:
Since you don't know shops any that sell clothes that suit you, just quietly follow behind me.
It's from OreImo Volume 12 chapter 1; it's technically not incorrect, but I wonder if there is any way for it to sound better?

This seems like a question of editing, not TLCing. Just in case that this is still relevant:

"Since you don't know any shops (which) sell(ing) clothes that suit you, just follow quietly behind me."

Bump

And do note, you have to provide some reference to the source text, or even the source text, which is even better.
Cuz, I'm not going to go through 1 whole chapter for a line.

Edited:
Also do post the suspected flawed line

cheers guy, I'll be occupying this thread a bit more frequently, as I'm starting to torture readers with my translations.
かまを掛けられたのか
This means something like "putting the kettle", which is supposed to be a proverb, I guess? What's its meaning? I tried googling it and there was something like "to directly tell the truth" and "to distract". It were Japanese sources so I may also be wrong about that.

かまを掛け means to ask a leading question/trick someone into revealing the truth
