I skimmed through the first few pages of the book in question and came across following terms in Japanese, which may be the ones you're referring to:

八極拳 (はっ・きょく・けん) Bājíquán
裡門頂肘 (り・もん・ちょう・ちゅう) Too lazy to search. But found some hits on google.
都立昂星小学校 (と・りつ・こう・せい・しょう・がっ・こう) (Metropolitan Rising Star Elementary School, maybe? Rpapo's suggested name would also be suitable and nice, though.)

It is, as mentioned by ShadowZeroHeart:
里门顶肘 - A certain fighting skill, famous in a certain fighting game, part of 八极拳
To be exact, it's a blow with the elbow and appeared in that certain fighting game. ;)

Thanks a lot!!

So 裡門頂肘 is a move by Akira Yuki(結城 晶) of Virtua Fighter series!! haha! Translation would be something like Rimon Chouchu. (Forward, Forward, Punch) Thanks for the Japanese words, I found the move list based off it, so it should be right?

So I guess 八極拳 will stick to Baji Quan? Because its just the same as the english spelling of its Chinese terms... So I was wondering if there was any English names to it haha, oh well.

As for the school, thanks for the suggestions. Both names sounds better than anything I can come up with, though Morning Star Elemenary reminds me of the weapon morning star haha. Will probably use it if nothing better turns up though...

Seriously, THANKS A LOT GUYS!!
God!!
You need not forgive me.
For those I love,
The violence brought about by sinful men
Shall now be used once more.
If you were created to save this world,
If there is a single shred of hope left for the future of mankind,
I am very sorry, but, please begone!
