節: Chapter, Section, Verse? Not really sure.
外典: Apocrypha. They aren't part of the main bible.

I was googling ルスプイレ, and I got a bunch of links to Boku ha Tomodachi, so yeah, I think that's the only mention of it anywhere.

To all my knowledge of the Bible, there is no such 'ルスプイレ' around. The closest is like, Luke?

And also, 節 is verse in this case. A chapter will be 章.
