Obscure / Blurred Kanji help

I'm almost sure that the first one is 望む(nozomu) the others I can't be sure now, I'm hurry

Another blurred Kanji. The first one is 木 obviously but the second one... Closest I've come up with is 木霊 but I'm still not convinced it is the right Kanji to match that silhouette. Any ideas?

For context's sake here's the sentence いくたえの森に木???は歌う

Also any suggestions on what いくたえ means? I'm a little baffled by it.

Full sentence is それは世界を???らす　　素敵な夜の一雫（ひとしずく）なのだから

The thing that bothers me most is that I could get these if they just weren't quite so darned blurry...
