Is it really latin? If so, can you give me the pronounciation please?

Yuru.Iru.Quoqen.Sil.Mari..

That's the romaji of that kana. The -ru ending can also be considered a -l ending(as in yuru could be read as yul instead) since Japanese doesn't have any word ending with consonant.

Basically, I don't know any Latin, so I can't figure out how best to represent it.

Isnt it a prayer?

Also "Quoqen" is probably "quoque"

I can guess Yuru for Iule, name for the Roman Julius Caesar. Mari would be 'sea'. But as for others, I don't think that there's something in Latin. Quoque qould be similar to Quoquen, but quoque is an adverb, so I highly doubt...

Couldnt Mari be a name? for Maria? btw whats the name of the spell or its effect?

Yuru.Iru.Quoqen.Sil.Mari... - hmm... - Ich beschwöre Euch und ebenso das ocker Meer (ger) - I conjure you and equally ocher sea. (eng) - this would be my result if I had to translate it... ;) but maybe it just guesssed. With http://www.albertmartin.de/latein/ as help

Also "eoruu" is probably "eorum"

It's a Void spell from ZnT. It doesn't say what the effect really is. I was just hoping to just romanize the japanese pronounciation, but I just can't think of the right way to spell it out.

For now, I put down something like "Eulu Il Quoqen Sil Mari"

Yuru.Iru.Quoqen.Sil.Mari can also be Iule.Ille.Quoque.Si.Mari, though that's a nonsense.
