Hazue, you transcribed it wrongly, it's "うるさいしうざいし", even though うざい, a largely colloquial term, seems to come from うるさい, it has a ruder, more vulgar, and more belittling feeling. If I'm not wrong, うるさい literally means noisy and also implies annoying/annoyance from "too much noise", while うざい can encompass more diverse forms of annoyances.
