Well spotted a tiny error, nothing too big, but dragonst, are you not too good with idioms and all? And is your kadokawa version a soft copy or something? There are some unexplained parts in your translation...

Example: Translation from WonFes to One Face, thus the inability to refer it to Wan Wan Fes(Wan Wan being a dog). Curiosity killed the cat, was a phrase used, but converted. And it is that Nobunga helped Yuto, thus Yuto returning the favor by returning the book, not that Yuto is such a nice guy he helps the world... The most obvious part being, Nobunga thinks using the computer is easy, whereas Yuto finds it tough, how would it be possible that Yuto fixes the computer then?

I wondered about that too...I think the translation is still really good though, way better than I can do at least. But that computer part did kind of confuse me, lol...or maybe it's that while Nobunaga is knoledgable about programming and the like, he's not good with the hardware? He can use it, but doesn't know how to fix problems with it?? idk...

Keep up the good work though, I'm really sad we have to wait for chapter 3...but I hope it will be worth it. :)

Nobunaga is a genius in all sorts... he might even rival Haruka, so you can assume he is capable of everything... And should you guys find anything strange or worthy clarifying, feeling free to point them out...

And as you said, the translation is good, my english standards does not allow me to translate the way dragonst does... makes one kinda jealous... oh well...

Haha thanks for all the encouragement guys :D

About the idioms and sayings, I tend to just translate the saying literally if an exact translation doesn't pop into my head immediately (so sue me for laziness! o_O).

I promise to work harder on chapter 3!

will try to help translate them if i can think of them as i encounter them, so no worries, or drop a post to highlight it, some may be only available in Japanese, for example Japanese sayings, idioms and myths etc? Oh well, its up to you anyways, no worries

yeah...I'm learning alot of sayings in Japanese...lol...

for example, when you have a house, but the yard is really really small, you use the expression:

猫の額ほど庭があります - Neko no Hitai hodo Niwa ga Arimasu

I have a yard the size of a cat's forhead.

There is also an expression for when you are so busy, you want someone to help you out, and it doesn't matter who. (however, there is also an underlying feeling that you don't really think that person will be that helpful, but you just want to say something.)

猫の手を借りたいほどだ - Neko no Te wo Karitai hodo da.

I'm (at a point where I) want to be lent a cat's hand.

Well at least you're learning something interesting. I'm still conjugating imperatives, passives, potentials and other verb forms here in jlpt grade 3 :(

I just watched the first episode of the sequel, and is it just me or does Mamiko Noto sound different from how she sounded in the first season?

Made a hell lot of comments about Purezza first episode... Never thought i would have that much comments... lemme copy and paste them here as well...
Spoiler! :
My guess is that the season will end with Yuto dumping Shiina and running to make a love confession to Haruka...

In first episode, the drunken old man did not appear, and Alice(Cute little Alice) appeared earlier, so there was no need to introduce her at this point in time in the novel.

Yuto is NOT A PERVERT! Firstly, the scene of him holding XXX against Maid-san, is because of Mika and gang's little plan, the spinning of the yukata band, that explains her posture and dressing. Next, during the train trip, Yuto and our lovely maid-san left the train half way, and missed the time, so they walked to the inn(with the appearance of our lovely polar bear), and thus Yuto does not know of the different spa-timings, as he was late and wasnt present when the rest were informed of it.

Nobunga was invited, but "had something on" and refused to go on the spa trip. And he lent Yuto his golden membership pass, not tickets. Doesnt make much sense for him to have 2 tickets does it?

CUTE LITTLE ALICE DOESNT NOT DESTROY ROADS!!! Yuto and Haruka ran off without the rest knowing, which includes the maids and such, but our dear maid-san follows them naturally, and Yuto hides from her with the most superb of abilities, which the rest praised as he got away from the best maid there is.

Sensei does not cuddle Mika, they met many times already.

CUTE LITTLE ALICE DOES NOT SPEAK UNTIL MUCH LATER, SO THERE IS NO "V"!!

and there is more with that anime gathering than what is in the anime.

Thanks alot for the translation really made my boring day somewhat enjoyable.

Question about anime
Spoiler! :
Watched the anime as well, but are saying that in the novels Yuto actually got together with Shiina? How is that possible, I mean I guess through the anime even more so after the 2nd episode Yuto and Haruka were clinched as a couple. If you don't mind spoiling it that is.
